What is Woodworking?
Woodworking is a direct process where pieces of wood are cut, shaped, joined, and finished to create the desired object. Wood can be worked either in an additive and subtractive manner.

What are some benefits to Woodworking?
One benefit to woodworking is having control of the object throughout the entire process. The actual wood being cut, shaped, and joined, is a piece of the final object. Another benefit is the beauty, warmth, and uniqueness of the material itself. Each piece of wood is unique, and has the signs of being a living material!

We offer 1-on-1 Private Instruction for individuals, ages 11+, in hourly increments at a schedule that fits yours.

We offer Small Group Private Instruction for 2+ people, ages 11+, in hourly increments at a schedule that fits your group.

Note: Choose Small Group Private Instruction only if the entire groups is looking for the same instruction, even if individuals are at differing skill-levels. Otherwise, please choose 1-on-1 Private Instruction.
